SA Water

Project OverviewThis project consisted of the development of a landmark CBD office building of 12 levels comprising 35,000 m2 GFA, with 2 floors of specialized laboratories, a major central atrium, extensive public plaza and an undercover carpark. The major tenant is SA Water with the top 2 floors developed for commercial leasing. The project achieved a 6 star GreenStar design and as built rating, and a 5 star ABGR outcome.

Form 700 Scope
Our role entailed all the works involved in building the concrete structure; supplying and erecting formwork; supply and fix reinforcement; supply, pump, place and finish concrete; supply of Form700 Self-Climbing Core Systems and Perimeter Safety Screens.
